for John, the cat

                                                  JOHN  LIVED  HERE
                                               ( John was a tabby cat)


                              John lived here, a place chosen to stay,

                               Here he had a bed, here was his domain,

                               Though we moved from town to town,

                              Even when you couldn't see him,

                                 John was always around   ---




                           Thru the body I sense the earth,

                          Eyes on the bottom of the feet, I go forth,

                          Activities lessons generate a light,

                        More than a teacher, John was a guide...



                         Now in spirit and beyond a breath,

                         Beyond attachment to life or death,

                   John still lives here, I see him around you,

                   Another breeze carresses, John is my friend too   ------
